Shipping policy

Delivery areas

We ship our products:

  • within metropolitan France,

  • to countries within the European Union,

  • and, where applicable, to certain countries outside the European Union.

Available delivery zones are displayed during the checkout process.


Order processing times

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During periods of high activity (product launches, promotions, holidays), this timeframe may exceptionally be extended. In such cases, we will inform you via our website or by email.


Delivery times

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the destination and the shipping carrier selected:

  • Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 business days

  • European Union: 3 to 7 business days

  • Outside the European Union: 5 to 15 business days

These delivery times begin from the date of shipment, not from the date the order is placed.


Delivery methods

Deliveries may be made:

  • to your home address,

  • to a pickup point,

  • depending on the options available during checkout.

The choice of delivery method and pickup point is the responsibility of the customer at the time of order confirmation.


Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • the destination,

  • the selected delivery method,

  • the weight and volume of the parcel.

The applicable shipping costs are displayed before final payment confirmation.


Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to track your parcel.


Undelivered, delayed, or lost parcels

We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or exceptional circumstances (weather conditions, strikes, logistical disruptions, etc.).

If your parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, or if there is an unusual delay, please contact us at:

We will then open an investigation with the shipping carrier.


Unclaimed or returned parcels

If a parcel is returned to us for one of the following reasons:

  • the parcel was not collected from the pickup point within the required timeframe,

  • an incorrect or incomplete address was provided by the customer,

  • the parcel was refused upon delivery,

the conditions described in our Return and Refund Policy will apply.


Customs and taxes (outside the European Union)

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may be charged by the authorities of the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not under our control.
