Some items may be offered on a pre-order basis.

The estimated shipping date is displayed on the product page or at checkout. This date is indicative only and may change depending on production, supply or transport conditions.

Customers may request cancellation of a pre-order until the order has been shipped by contacting our customer service at: chat@calilou.com

If the order has already been shipped, the usual return and withdrawal conditions apply subject to applicable law and our policies.

In the event of significant delay or permanent unavailability, the customer may choose to keep the order, receive store credit or obtain a refund.
